Shipping Scope
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders from Europe, North America and Australia enjoy free shipping. For regions we are unable to deliver (e.g., remote islands), we will contact you after order placement.
Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Once processed, your package will be shipped out immediately.
Delivery Time
- Europe: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
- North America: Estimated delivery in 5–15 business days.
- Australia: Estimated delivery in 5–15 business days.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping for all orders to Europe, North America and Australia.
For other regions, additional shipping fees may apply based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days after placing the order, please contact us.
If your tracking status has not been updated for an extended period, please reach out to us. We will assist in communicating with the logistics provider to follow up on your parcel status.
