How to Shipping

Shopping at LYHOE is simple and fast. Follow the steps below to complete your order and arrange shipping.

Step 1: Add Products to Cart

  • Select your preferred item(s) and choose the required size, color, or quantity.
  • Click Add to Cart to place the item in your shopping bag.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

  • Click the Cart icon to review your selected items.
  • Edit quantity or remove items if needed.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout when you are ready to place an order.

Step 3: Provide Shipping Information

  • Fill in your full shipping address, including name, phone number, and delivery details.
  • Choose your preferred shipping method.

Step 4: Select Payment Method

  • Choose an available payment method at checkout.
  • Apply discount codes or store credits if available.
  • Click Place Order to confirm your purchase.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

  • After payment is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
  • You may review your order details anytime in your LYHOE account.

How to Track My Order

You can track your order status easily through your account.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  • Go to the My Account page and log in using your email and password.

Step 2: View Order History

  • In your Dashboard, click Orders to see all past and current orders.
  • You can view order numbers, status, and details.

Step 3: Track Processing Orders

  • Orders marked as Processing are being prepared for shipment.
  • Estimated delivery times may be shown under order details.

Step 4: Track Shipped Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, the status will change to Completed or Shipped.
  • A tracking number will be available in the order details page.
  • Click Track to view real-time shipping updates from the carrier.

Step 5: Delivery Exception

  • If the tracking page shows any delivery issue, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Step 6: Confirm Receipt

  • Once the package arrives, you can mark the order as Received in your account.

Step 7: Write a Review

  • Go to the Reviews section to view past reviews or submit a new one.
  • Your feedback helps us improve and helps other customers make better decisions.
